I actually played Aion and decided didn't like it. Its very pretty, great emotes and stuff, so probably great celebration.

GW Halloween: Same old crap for the 4th year in a row.
Aion Halloween: NCSoft have much more important things to deal with, so I doubt it's going to be huge. Have no clue what it's going to be like, so we'll see.

GW halloween is going to be /yawn and costume brawl, Aion halloween is going to be....no clue. Couldn't care less, either.
